Make Your Own Custom Shade Tinted Moisturizer

Love a little tint but have trouble finding a shade that suits you? Try making your own with face moisturizer and mineral make-up in 3 simple steps:
1. Pump an average amount of organic chamomile and grapefruit moisturizer from The Grapeseed Co. in to the palm of your hand
2. Apply a sprinkle of mineral makeup and blend with your fingers in your palm to suite your skin type

This is also a fabulous way to get sunscreen protection in a natural form. Many mineral make-up brands contain natural sunscreen in the form of minerals such as zinc that have SPF ratings 15-20. I prefer ID Bare Essentials mineral make-up, L'Oreal Bare Naturale and Physicians Formula Organics are great (cheaper) drugstore brands to try this tip with! Remeber, mineral make-up is not waterproof, so if you are beach bound, traditional sunscreen and a hat are your best bet for protection!
