hi Dylan, thanks for your comment. From my understanding, sunscreen can block vitamin D absorption. However, if you live in a sunny area apparently 15 min exposure is all you need to get the vitamin D your body needs. You can also get vitamin D from dairy products and vitamin supplements if you are concerned but want to protect against sunburn and skin cancer.
